Troubleshooting
Fix common upload, credit, queue, content safety, generation, and download problems.
Use this page when a generation task cannot start, remains in progress, fails, or cannot be downloaded.
Upload failed
Check the file before uploading again:
- Use JPEG, JPG, PNG, or WebP.
- Keep each file at or below 10MB.
- Avoid corrupted files or images that cannot be opened locally.
- For Multiple Images, make sure every file shows the same object.
Content safety blocked the input
Content safety can block an image, image set, or prompt before generation. When this happens, credits are not deducted. Change the image or revise the prompt and submit again.
Insufficient credits
If you do not have enough credits for the selected mode, choose a lower-cost option, wait for your monthly credits, upgrade your plan, or buy a credit pack.
Too many active tasks
Free, Pro, and Max plans have different concurrency limits. If the app says you have too many active tasks, wait for a processing task to finish or review My Assets for active tasks.
Generation failed
Generation can fail when the input is unclear, the source image cannot be processed, or an upstream model service returns an error. Check My Assets for retry or restart actions. If the failure is eligible for refund, credits are returned automatically.
Download is unavailable
Downloads require a paid plan or enough available credits to meet the download access threshold. Completed models can be downloaded as GLB, OBJ, STL, or USDZ when access is unlocked.
Contact support
Contact support when a completed paid task is missing, a refund did not appear after an eligible failure, a billing change is not reflected in your account, or a model download repeatedly fails.
